@RawBogan Yes. It is also known as shiso and its seeds are very high in omega 3 fats, higher than flax. It comes in green or red-purple varieties and is very aromatic and has a distinct nutty flavour. The red-purple variety is also rich in anti-oxidants yet both varieties are full of the usual spectrum of minerals and vitamins you would expect from plants including iron.
