  • awesome video, I have a 99 SE, I am planning on ditching my rear drums and putting on a set of discs from a JY GT.

I have been trying to figure out what the spindle looks like, thanks!

  • @lucaspeyatt Yep, anytime. And read the description as I have a bunch of pictures showing you how to do it.

Ask more if needed bud :P

  • thankzx bro that really helps

  • yeah it cost me to much money... but thats how yu noticed that yu need to learn how to do the work by yurself..i think is the left caliper cuz the rim of that side get sooo dammm dirty really quickly, i think ima check it soon or another ? mm do yu know where is located the termostat?? thankz bro

  • @UNiQUE5489 Cool, the Thermostat is located i think in the Lower Rad Hose, so you have to Drain out all your Coolant and take it out and put a new one in. Then put the Hose back on and put new coolant in and start it up to see if there are no leaks or anything like that.

  • dammm that sucks bro..how much all that cost??

not a lont time ago the wheel bearing broke and it cost me 400

and now i have a lil problem but idk wat is it? cuz when i reach 70mph and i try to slow down the steering wheel moves alot...do yu have any idea wat is the problem?

  • @UNiQUE5489 Not much dude, Less than $150 because I do all the work myself. you probably got screwed over, usually shops damage something else and they keep you going back there and send money. Thats sucks man, learn to do all of the work on your car and you wont have problems.

Your Calipers are going most likely, if you brake and you start to turn right, That is your passenger side where most of all the pressure is, check your Calipers and pads. Maybe Wheel is loose.

  • Maybe bigger calipers with stronger stopping power resulted in broken spindle in the first place - regular N-body spindles cannot hold that much power...I don`t know - seems strange...

  • @elantra11 Well, with most GM Vehicle the passenger side is where all the Pressure it so that also could have played a big Factor in it, but when I got this fixed and got new pads, i went to the other side to replace the pads as well and the Top Spindle Bolt was halk un Screwed! So I put "Lock Tight" on all the damn screws and check on them once in a while and its all good now man. And Spinldes do not usually Brake dude LoL. See my other Video?
