Nick Lowe is was a very underrated songwriter for sure. England's best songwriter ? i can't agree with that. If that title goes to anyone it would have to be Paul McCartney but Lowe is certainly in the top ten.

It's such a pleasure watching this! Something I've always loved about a lot of Lowe's lyrics is that they're sometimes so straightforward it's actually disarming.

Nick seems to be happy playing that acoustic guitar and doing his songs... Seems to be all he needs to bring out that great voice and musical style! I also wonder what he is up to these days? The band I play in does his song: "cruel to be kind". People love it!

I sometimes think there is or was a lot of great music he had tucked away but, WE never got to hear it. I say to Nick, if you read this, Do something about that!
