  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • I may have to put this into my workout. I don't go to the gym, but I do live on the second floor of my building. I guess I didn't think of it because I use it as a method of punishment for my son.....lol....he hates it. I'm going to try it out.

  • great advice! But when you lose weight some of the skin sags so you have to watch out and keep your body proportionate. Working out will definitely help, better if you achieve that muscular lean look which is the trend today. You can't be so buff in a short time. I'm following a program from this helpful link.   • I agree walking up and down stairs is a great exercise. My knees can't take it though, so I am just walking on a treadmill or outside if it's nice

  • You know when you were a kid, you use to do "Bear Crawls" up the stairs. Try getting down on all 4's and quickley climb the stairs for a great full body exercise, plus its low impact.

  • Hey there. Start exercising intensively in the morning. It doesn't have to be a long exercise. 15 minutes of faster running that gets your heart rate going before you do anything else on that day will dramatically boost your metabolism for the rest of the day. That should be your first step.

  • What about for older people? I heard that as you get older you shouldn't work your knees every day, such as walking/running/walking up stairs, and by older I mean for like my mom, 40 something, every time she walks up stairs her knees hurt and everything.. *confused and want to help mom*

  • This is a realy good way to excersize but honestly the best and healthiest and safest way to loose weight is swimming!

  • Swimming is great. The only problem with swimming is that it makes you really hungry and even overeat (that's the natural cause of having your body in the water). On the other hand - running and climbing up stairs actually SUPPRESS your appetite.

  • @craig57street Any exercise using your legs is the best way to lose weight. Swimming doesn't use a lot of leg movement compared to walking or running
