i "only" need to lose about 40 pounds in order to get down to 130 range at least and i swear it is the hardest thing to do. i try to exercise but 10 minutes in i just simply can not go on. I at least go on a 15-30 minute walk everyday but thats not some huge accomplishment. I see people like you and others who get in there and get it done and i continue to fail even though i dont have as much to lose. Not trying to use it as a crutch but i have chronic depression and dont take meds for it so...

Guess I'm missing something.....read down from my post. Looking at your video it appears YOU DID DO IT the right way.Diet, exercise, etc. Having cosmetic surgery following any type of extreme weight loss is now common and not always a vanity issue. Excess skin can cause medical skin conditions. Loss of massive amounts of fat also causes a volume deficit in most women's breasts, men too. We don't criticize a man who has plastic surgery to correct his deflated "moobs" u look great, confident!!

So they staple your stomach shut to the size of a golf ball from what i hear. Which means your food intake is very minimal. So im guessing if you eat a few meals a day but very small portions you too can achive weight loss without the surgery.Dont pass 2,000 calories a day and you will achive your goal.
