I don't see you naming any facts, and Mustaine was a part of Metallica and did help them rise in the club scene(not saying he made their career) so there are bound to be a few simalrities. Musically speaking, Megadeth has their own identity.

Metallica was (in therms of music) damn really good (Not at the lvl of Seattle LSB&P but close) but it was a lot more of spectacule, fires, old and new shit & more plating with the people.

You can't compare them. I'm a big fan of Muhammed, but what he tries to say and put in his music is far away from what Dave wants, I think both of them have reached what they wanted to do with their bands. I prefer Muhammed, but it doesn't make him the best, Dave's great too. I would understand your point if you would compare Muhammed with Slipknot or another shitty band with no music and no content (It's subjective, but I can't respect music that's made to sell), but Megadeth has a lot of that.
