1. Needs high elbow catch.
2. Tilting too much from one side to the other.
3. Hand entry should be directed directly forward, not to the centre line of the body.

Stretch out ur arm with the shoulder against the head and try to accelerate the pull.

Your head is rotating too much while underwater! Only rotate your head when you are breathing. When in the water, your head should still, facing downwards/forwards!

Your head is rotating too much while underwater! Only rotate your head when you are breathing. When in the water, your head should still, facing downwards/forwards!
