  • ...and yes, I think his arm recovery is lead by hand (above camera would be appropriate for this diagnostic), but it should be elbow driven.

  • 1. Needs high elbow catch.

    2. Tilting too much from one side to the other.

    3. Hand entry should be directed directly forward, not to the centre line of the body.

  • Stretch out ur arm with the shoulder against the head and try to accelerate the pull.

  • Your head is rotating too much while underwater! Only rotate your head when you are breathing. When in the water, your head should still, facing downwards/forwards!
