Its a rear foglamp, to be honest there are neater ways of doing it- but the owner has installed this afttermarket add-on to make it road legal for the UK ; the car was imported from Japan so fortunatley has Ford export tail lamps with amber turn signals which are also a requirement in the UK -

nice mustang gt got the same year and the gt. their great cars, im thinkin about gettin magnaflow exaust did u get a good increse in power
