@hasham360 He got it from the makers becuase he does reviews, odds are he will have to return it, I got a buddy that does reviews and that is how he got his ipod touch
of course XBMC does hardware decoding, just not in windows, unless you use a external player (MPC-HC). You should be using the Live CD/Linux versions of XBMC anyway which do support hardware decoding via VDPAU
I was looking at the model before this one and I was in love of it. I am planning to use it with XBMC but I have not decided yet if I am going to use it with Windows or erase it completely and install the native linux-XBMC OS. This Bluray and remote are definitively a PLUS and deal break. I think I am going for it. What do you think about XBMC?

prankmypants 1 year ago
@prankmypants 9dB, if you are in a silent room, it isn't even 9 dB, but like 13 dB, on the site they say it does not over 35 dB

The Nvidia ion is a awesome little computer. I just built one, and I love it. It uses very little power, and it is a fun computer.

Nice cooling system too, just hope the fan are silent enough.

Esata on the back is good but it would have been nice to have a front usb port as well.
