Please visit my channel for the unpopular truth about homosexuality.
A person does not need hatred or any kind of phobia in order to acknowledge important differences between heterosexuality and homosexuality. Even non-religious people know this.
The homosexual agenda is not good for anyone, including those who consider themselves "gay".
Homosexual activists, with support from the media, have successfully framed themselves as noble victims; it's an effective way to push a social agenda.
@burblx When Bill Gates dies sometime in the next 30 years will they be even? No, Steve Jobs will always be the Father of home use products coupled with the humanities. Apple may be like Disney. He mapped out over 5 years worth of new technology which you and all of your friends will own. Just wait until iTV makes it debut. Steve Jobs will be remembered for many many years...let's see if you are ever remembered.
I had a love/hate response to Apple over the years. But, no one can argue the contributions of one Steve Jobs in our lifetime.
That said, I had done a video collecting events over the last 40 years (I'm Steve's age), including shots of the first Mac. I've posted the video, "40 years in 3 minutes" also containing the Beatles' rooftop performance and other 8mm film antics from the period, all cut tightly to GET BACK and GLASS ONION. Hope you enjoy!
"Twenty million Americans bought tickets to see the result last year, when Disney released Pixar's first feature length computer animated film, Toy Story." Toy Story was released in 1995.
@upthedeise09 can't believe that uppity Hampton man keeps saying "nerd" like it's bad. "NERD" is in, not like Happy Days Potsie "nerd" but much cooler
Did you guys notice how he called Apple's future at this interview from 5:17-6:12? He really KNEW what would be successful, he didn't just sell or dupe people into buying his things. He was like a jedi, seeing things before they happen....
Thanks a lot: Steve just point out why Apple was sunking, and announce what he will do several years after : innovating ! This is a real nice interview, because he was right, and he show the world how Apple could be back again, with only that rule : innovate to bring people the products they were waiting for, without knowing it.
5:57-6:12 > Filmed in the mid-90s, haunting comments from Steve forecasting the potential rise of Apple once again in the 'future' through Innovation ... and that's exactly what happened with him at the helm. Just amazing.
@MoldytoasterMedia Because world is better without people like him, it's such a sad day for the world and this asshole is obsessed with getting himself in the top comments.! People like him are such a shame for humankind.!
This morning I cried for a man I had never met but who has been an intrinsic part of my life for well over thirty years. In fact ever since I set-up in business, all those years ago Steve's charisma, enthusiasm both at his keynote events, coupled with the companies cutting edge products has meant my loyalty to Apple has been repaid many fold ...our condolences go out to all his family and friends.

I like how Steve says "I still think Apple has a future" probably with no idea he would be the one to resurrect Apple in the next millenium. RIP Steve.
Thanks for posting this! I remember seeing it on TV in late '95 or early '96. It was at the peak of the most depressing time for Apple. It was also at a time when the internet was not taken seriously as a source of prosperity or innovation by the majority of people. Most people mistakenly thought that AOL's dial up bulletin board was the internet. The web was just starting to take hold of the imagination of the informed person. Google didn't exist. There was lots of talk of an AAPL takeover.
"We know from experience now that if any one company gets a dominant position in [the internet], no matter who that is, that rate of innovation is going to drop precipitously."
This interview is from 1995. Might want to put that in the description.
At this point in time, he was still part of NeXT. The acquisition by Apple and his return to the company as a CEO was still about a year away at this point.
If the interviewer worked for Jobs he [Steve] probably would have gone on a tirade and fired him for calling him a computer nerd 3 times in the space of 2 minutes :)
What makes Steve Jobs really incredible is that at this point in his life (mid-1990s) he could have easily lived off his prior accomplishments and rode off into the sunset as a legend. However, his greatest work was still ahead of him and at that time nobody had any clue.
@futuremtt That's a good point, although I think Steve wanted to beat what Mircosoft stood for more than anything. He wanted to prove that passion, creativity and a dedication to great quality could be a better business strategy than the mass-produced, low-priced average quality approach (Microsoft and most other big companies); and he did it! I think thats a big reason he is such an inspiration to people, myself included.
