The first alice was a killer. the second alice was crazy. the thrid alice was crazy with power and beauty and wanted to rule forever. the fourth alice was twins and they got too curiose and wondered into the forest where the first alice was being held and she killed them...

red pretty much IS ash, they just gave red(ash) and blue(gary) names in the anime and theres also an manga of pokemon which is much deeper and very much darker than its anime counterpart inwhich they keep their original names
