@gutterziswin yeah it would take years and years, but if it became as big as it is in australia, in america. then they would eventually dominate i reckon...i'm aussie too, i'm just saying that their athletes are so incredible..
wow some of these guys look really skilled ... where can I find the full match? looks interesting with short, fast png against bigger and less skilled kiwis...
"and thats the result the kiwi's where looking for... its a....goal" haha. hopefully other teams get gud enuf so australia can have a team, we cant now or it will be to easy.
shock me nrl people sooking on an AFl video didnt see that coming... if only they spent as much time going to there game as they did crying on you tube about how afl sucks maybe then they would be able to pay their players enough to not swich codes
@TheExcellentEdge Um, my name is aussie because I'm Australian? And no, you do not need any of those things to play gayfl, you just need to be fit at gayfl and your the best at it, kicking is NOT hard. But who cares anyway, you get a point for missing....
they should do another world cup they should get all the irish afl players to play for irlend, the all australian team, the nz team with trent croad, brett runoff, and paul bower, a fiji team with nic natanui and david roden a PNG team with mal michael and samoa and nauru and south africa and telecast it on tv 8 nations thats pretty good
these are newly developed international teams. the AFL seats 128,000 people and to have 30,000 in the stadium at the end of the match is pretty good considering NRL doesnt even get that many on average. IT's true look it up. i have played 12 years of football and been to more games than you have had dinners NRL fans
The MCG seats 100,000 people. This was a curtain-raiser match. There were probably about 30,000 in the stadium by the end of the match, but even with a crowd as big as that it still looks empty. That's a reasonably big crowd by anone's standards.
i think he ment on a serious level, not on some part timers/ made up names, and even if they are real, how can you have a national side without a club competition to produce the players!!!
league Australia Kangaroos New Zealand Kiwis Mate Ma Tonga Toa Samoa USA Tomahawks Russia Bears Ireland Wolfhounds France Scotland Bravehearts Papua New Guniea Kumuls
2nd biggest sport in PNG, biggest sport in nauru, amature sport in NZ, the play a hybrid game called samoa rules in samoa wich combindes the elements of afl and rugby it's mostly afl, it's growing in fiji and solomainen islands, it's the fastest growing sport in south africa and there might be a afl tri nations series in 2011 irlend.aus.south africa
question: why doesnt NZ or PNG participate in the international series that is usually played between Ireland and Australia? It might in some way develop the international status of the game.
Australia doesn't compete in the cup. It is played amongst about 12 countries i think. But yeah we do not compete because it would be way unfair, cause we are pro at Footy lol.
LOL at AFL
