Before renting here, GO TO THE PROPERTY, TAKE A TOUR WITH SOMEONE FROM THE OFFICE (Mon. - Sun.), ask a lot of questions, and walk the property by yourself. There are many bad reviews, and also good reviews, on the Internet regarding this complex. If you Google "Capital Towers Sacramento reviews", you'll see bad things and good things. I lived here, before buying a condo. It IS "city life", so it's not quiet, not traffic-free. You are "downtown". Do your research. Then decide on your own.
