So,does anyone owns these cows technically.Or are they just set loose,by who? who feeds them?where do they sleep @ night?do they ever just keep walking until eventually they are out in the field or something like that.
Nobody owns them. they are on their own.Hippies.They usually hang around vegetable markets and food shops and road side restaurants.People give them food and usually don't bother them. They sleep on footpaths during night.

these cows go to every house in the neighborhood and stand in front of gate until they are fed or driven to next house
and people there feed them to get blessings
