If you just hop onto a scooter with an novice adult husky it will depend on their instinct & bloodlines. Good dog & you'll go well, bad dog & you'll go into a hedge;-) Teach your husky some normal doggy commands so they learn your the boss, encourage him/her to pull on the lead from day one (a chest harness or sled dog harness is better than on the collar), go out on foot running with a long leash as a pup & once he/she is about 9 months jump on the scooter (wear a helmet). How do you train them to say right?I know left is ha or something, hike and mush are go...I think? I am getting one husky, will she be able to pull me...its a lot of snowy here still...

@siberianlover369 I have one husky too and 5.5 months old unlike other dogs it never walks beside me just pulls me front.its their instinct,they love to run.so if u dont live in a snowy place u shud better get a scooter,just tie it and very easily it will learn to pull it too,almost no training it needs.when it learns to pull scooter once then u can start training with it.

@TuranicTURK What do you mean? Im getting a 1 year old husky from the tails of tundra (I hope we dont get application yet) and is it count for them still in puppy age when 1? Because Id like to start my own team? I was thinking of the scooter thingy...

@TheLastHowlingWolf I didnt understand which part you didnt get :) I think after 18 months it can be considered as adult.My baby girl had her 1st - i dont know the english word for it - period? Feels weird to see blood :S:S
