i make music and am into these guys' basslines, but can never find decent source material for recreating the sound. i know they sample a lot, but i don't want to sample from songs and i don't know funk for synths. other bass vids have someone playing over a beat and that makes sampling tricky or they play way to funky and choppy...so what i'm trying to say is: would you record some stuff similar to this vid so that i can sample parts and chop it up? i just can't find decent funk bass sounds...

I used the free software (see the description). To edit the video it was quite difficult, need to compress, cut, paste, and when u done, u realize that the clip is not synchronised and u need to undo everything^^! Haha No seriously It's pretty difficult and hard to explain!
