Can you tell me roughly how many hours of work on the loco it has taken you to get to this point?
I have kit number 1 of a Polly 6 on its way to me over here in Australia right now and will be starting on it as soon as it arrives.
I am hoping to have the loco ready for its first steaming in about 10 months time.

@vk2amv I have worked on the loco about a day or so a week when I have kits to assemble. Some kits take much longer than others. Please contact me with a personal message with your contact details and I will give you much more info.
