This seems to be a fairly accurate artistic depiction of the workplace from what i have seen and heard. Someone is put in charge to do very little but make a big deal about it, and under them are all these pointless jobs in order to support the top, and it's just a horrible system. But that's how things really are. And if anyone steps even a little bit out of line it's ohh no bad bad

I think the plot is the guy got promoted to a higher job position, but in that office everyone has their own job (one guy types, one makes coffee, one replaces the paper etc..) and when he uses the stapler (which is another guy's job) he gets demoted, to a job where he cleans people's asses after they've taken a dump
