I wonder why Valerie doesn't teach his gymnasts to swing down with proper form. Nastia had that same bent-legged swing down.

I wish it didn't look like her legs separated. I know it's just the way her legs are formed but still it bugs me a little.

@Stonymypony Yeah, it's a shame that she doesn't have the beautiful lines of other gymnasts cause her from and techinque is actually great at bars. Her knees are always locked together. However I love her performances, she is explosive at bars
