  • john f. Kennedy was an intj. I wish I took this test earlier. Sure explains alot

  • It's FORWARD slash, not back slash

  • Can't agree more on what JoJo1955 wrote, INTJ myself

  • How many percents is it in other countries like countries in Europe.

cause i know many that are like me.....I AM A MASTERMIND, that's what i feel like right now..^^

  • I'm 15, and I'm INTJ. Three personality tests said so, so.......can I get a job, please? SOMEONE HIRE ME >:(

  • Im an INTJ and im an extremely aristic type of person....but ive also been known to range from INTJ to ISTJ....these personality tests are always interesting lol

  • A little ironic that I'm a complete INTJ and yet I'm much more of an artistic type, but yeah. Always kind of weird to see how well the personality type fits me… O_o

  • @NaomiHansen64 Same with me I'm also very artistic myself yet it strikes me oddly that INTJs aren't naturally artistic.

  • @NaomiHansen64 I completely agree! I love science and math, but I am more interested in music and art...

  • Actually that's a slash, not a backslash. A backslash is this: \

  • I'm an intj female..is it a good thing or bad thing? :\

  • @mexigurlswagga15 I´m a female INTJ too. I think it´s bad, but just for the rest of the humanity. Not for us. Have a nice day.

  • @mexigurlswagga15 It's hard to cope with the social stigma that women should be empathetic and understanding when you're an intj female. If you really are an intj, people might tend to perceive you as, at the most charitable, "odd" and at worse an ice queen and a snob. But as you can see from the video, you do have your good points. You think like a machine and this will help advance you in ways that others can't.

  • 2%? damn so........ any intj girls here? kinda like finding a needle in a haystack. While writing this sentence I wondered if of those 2% 1% is female because men tend to be more cold/rational anyway and women more emotional. Ooh and I love being a intj but the world isn't build for us but then again if everyone would be like us there would be nothing left to fix for us:)

  • I'm pretty sure that if the "rules" of the world were defined by the introverts, it would a much better place, not an ideal one of course, but people would be happier, less corruption and political crisis, fairer distribution of wealth, more ecological sensitivity, more efficient use of resources (human and machinery), valuation of intellect and mind over looks and money etc. It would better for both introverts and extroverts. But this will never happen, i have lost my faith in humanity.

  • Being an extreme introvert in a this world where social skills and self-advertisement are valued over intelligence and creativity. Look at who were the pioneers in all of the important things mankind has achieved. Introverted people. This world needs a social, economical and educational revolution but also needed are more people who are aware of the place the world is becoming. Unfortunately, most people are conformist average Joe's, so this will not happen in the near future.

  • thumbs up if u think issac newton is INTP!

  • Al Gore?? the same who has ten cars, five houses and talks about the threat of global warming??

  • @probrhalo: Exactly! I cannot believe I live in a world where people can be convinced that each and every caesar salad actually contains little cut up pieces of Julius Caesar. And I know its possible because I did it today. It was extremely amusing. And she had the audacity to claim she was smarter than me...

  • @1017thereturn I completely agree. The music was quite an annoyance.

  • This was a good video, I am an INTj and it always amazes me how extremely accurate these facts are. Also, this might just be me, by were any other INTjs a little discouraged to watch this video simply because of the background music? I was; it sounds like elevator music and pissed me off straight away. No offense to the creator of the video, I actually find it interesting that it made me mad and I really wonder if anyone else thought anything similar.

  • @1017theReturn INTJ yeah the personality description of an INTJ fits me amazingly well and explains lots of my behavior: Always late, bad school grades, and focus on personal improvement while my peers are reading twilight i am reading about macroeconomics, stock trading, and advanced poker

  • Nice video.

  • No way Hillary Clinton or Al Gore are INTJs. The video went well until these two were 'identified' as such.

Other than that, the video is pretty much right on with its description of the INTJ. We are also researchers and professors. We absolutely love knowledge and can't get enough. Our minds never stop thinking. Some might call that a curse but I'll take it any day over being a celebrity-obsessed, sports nut or any other zombie character so prevalent in the general population.

  • @JoJo1955 Thinking is good and all but lets not let that get to your own head i rather be world's dumbest man then be a thinker with a big ego cause some test said so.

  • @JoJo1955 Hilary identifies herself as an INTJ and I have heard that she calls her self a compasionate misantrop and considers unthinking emotion pitfull. But I am no expert Gore I do not know what to say about

  • oh god this can't be me. I am a lazy loser.

  • Hillary Clinton is an ENTJ. A fieldmarshal. Duh.

  • This is true. ^^

  • Can you make one for infp?

    This video is neat.

  • This is me in a nutshell. Amazing.

  • While I am personally an INTJ, I have this to say: Being an INTJ doesn't automatically make you a genius, or even intelligent; it simply means that logic comes naturally to you, but logical intelligence isn't the only kind of intelligence(see Multiple Intelligence Theory), and having a certain type of intelligence come easily to you still doesn't mean you excel at it. It's just a personality type, everyone is different, no personality type is 'better' than any other, simply different.

  • Ha. i love how all these people are trying to sound sophisticated with their comments just because a stupid fucking survey said they were INTJ personality types.

  • I love being told about myself. It's impossible to find an intellectual equal though. People are so damn stupid these days.

  • Al Gore and Hilary Clinton?! They may be intelligent, but they often don't promote intelligence.

  • Al Gore?! Dear God!

  • I'm an INTJ, and a writer (although it's more of a hobby, I'm still in highschool). I personally hate law and politics. It's just another way of someone else telling you what to do, without earning the privilege to do so.

  • @MyNameHidden123 you're an intj you should understand systems better. politics, you vote for someone who you want to make the decisions involving right and wrong ie whoever would make decisions most similar to yours. everyone then pays for them to do that through tax. i agree that being in the minority is too bad though. and the system would be better if everything was transparent and you got to vote onspecific decisions rather than just hte party you want.

  • @MyNameHidden123 yeah i agree with you all the way. When your a kid you think that politics is for the grown ups and you wont be able to understand but then slowly when you begin to grow up you realize that in-fact politics (which governs law) is all a big joke.

  • I really like the format of this video! Could you make a video like this about INFJ ?

  • @luigibro1234 Yes! In fact, INFJ is the next on our production schedule. We should have it up in the next couple weeks.

  • Neither Hillary Clinton nor Al Gore are INTJ. Better examples would include Nikola Tesla and Ayn Rand.

  • @bma051000 Unless you have worked with them personally, it is impossible to be certain of the personality type of a famous person. However, if you are interested in reading a case for Hillary as an INTJ, Michael Melcher has written a great article for the Huff Post that you should be able to find with a Google search.

  • @personalitydesk The reason that I don't think that Hillary or Al Gore would be good representatives of INTJ, is that they don't portray that personality in their public lives. It might very well be that they are in fact INTJ, but they just don't project"Scientist" in the way that some other historical figures do, such as Isaac Newton or Nikola Tesla.

  • @bma051000 You seem to be basing your opinion on an assumption that all INTJs are scientific minded, I personally have had a number of these tests over several years and each time the same result comes out that I'm INTJ. However I think Darwinism is more fun than a barrel of monkeys that will always leave it's followers hanging in the breeze, how's that for scientific minded? lol

  • @personalitydesk I can see Hillary as INTJ. Al Gore? Seems more INFJ to me. He's much more in tune with his value system than straight logic.

  • @bma051000 Ayn Rand was a good friend of Alan Greenspan mentioned at 2:49. We all agree with wealth to the strong and ingenious, and poverty and death to the "moochers" of society.

  • @bma051000 I have heard that Frederich Neitzsche is the INTJ poster boy. So he should be included but I guess here Americans or people who lived in america is what they wanted.

Clinton does identify herself as INTJ from what I have heard. Are you sure she is not showing a mask in public.

  • Hillary Clinton AND Al Gore?! And here I thought the whole point of being an INTJ was to fight AGAINST collectivism and global government! Then again, an INTJ's arch-enemy is oftentimes a rival INTJ who possesses an opposing viewpoint.

  • @IggyHazard INTJs aren't likely to take anything on faith, so whatever their leanings you can bet an INTJ has thought long and hard about what political positions make the most logical sense to them. I expect that as INTJs, Clinton and Gore have conducted their own intellectual inquiry and concluded that society functions best with a collective approach. A conservative INTJ has probably gone through the same thought process, but arrived at the opposite conclusion.

  • @personalitydesk I always thought the Promethean temperment lent itself toward being an advocate for the individual.

  • @IggyHazard I definitely agree with you that INTJs are typically passionate about issues of individual choice and self-determination. On the other hand, INTJs tend to think of most things in terms of systems, and people are no exception. I think liberal INTJs may see people as part of a system that demands efficiency, and expect that a higher degree of interdependence will create that efficiency. In this case individual choice takes a backseat to the creation of a well-integrated system.

  • Proud male INTJ here. My choice of careers are "Screenwriting" and "Copywriting in Advertising". They're careers that'll definitely depend mostly on my T (Thinking), and most importantly, it's very unlikely advanced technology could replace me as a writer.

  • @NewYorkS4U You'll be in good company as an INTJ writer. Many people think John Grisham is an INTJ, based on his ability to strategically weave complex technical concepts into a tight, gripping plotline. Good luck to you in your studies!

  • @personalitydesk Thanks. I added this video to Favorites, as well as spreading the word to other INTJs about this. That's why IggyHazard has a comment here. It doesn't seem like my INTJ friends agree too much with who you mentioned as examples of INTJs. For me, I never really observed those people that closely, so it's all good to me. If I knew about INTJ back in 2008, I probably would've voted for Hilary Clinton for president back then. Oh well.

  • @NewYorkS4U Thanks for the support! It's always a bit of a challenge to type famous people, as you don't really know whether they're presenting their true selves. I look for people who are really consistent, at their best and at their worst. For instance, Hillary has always had trouble with appearing cold and calculating. She is very strategic, and it makes her seem unsympathetic. This is a liability she can't seem to correct, and to me, that means it is a core aspect of her personality.
