I just love this game. Maybe because it's so different fro the other Zelda Games, lika the art style, the music....well. I was in the same age as Link when i started to play it, and Outset Island reminded me of the place where i live in Thailand near the coast....I even had to catch 3 pigs once xDDD

Like many others, this is the game that got me into the Zelda series. I'm not ashamed to say that it was my first because it has opened up an entire series to me which I have never enjoyed more.

It's great to be so passionate about a videogame- well anything and have fond memories everytime you play through.

The music in the series is probably the most loved of any game franchise and I don't need to explain why.

Wind Waker's soundtrack was phenomenal and to me TP's was highly underrated.

Wind Waker is one of the best Zelda games. The cel-shaded makes Zelda look more like Nintendoish than ever (Like the Mario games) ever. People who think WW Zelda looks like a kiddie game have played too much CoD. I think it had the best Zelda character designs of any Zelda games.

We Need a new full 3D Cel-shaded Zelda game for the 3DS that doesn't use touch controls as the main control. (Skyward Sword doesn't count because it's a blend with Cel Zelda and realism Zelda.)

What I find fascinating is how this credit song incorporates Makers' "Earth God's Lyric" and Medley's "Wind Gods Aria" with the "Great Ocean" theme played in the background. If you take a second; its pretty remarkable and genius.

It always surprised me, several Zelda games have you stop the tragedy from befalling Hyrule, but this one prevents you from bringing Hyrule back. A story about moving on, it truly made for a great game.

My God, the picture at 4:02 is just great. I really wish I could go back to those good old days. My brothers huddled around me watching me play and they loved it, almost like a weekly t.v. show for them, and it took me such a long time to beat it that when I finally did, we didn't know what to do. Told my little brother, "Well now it's your turn and I'm gonna watch." 9 years down the road, and all I'm wishing for is to go back to that.

i finished the game today for the first time ever and...im proud to say that i teared up listening to the credit songs, watching the bubbles pass by with the people i met on my journey, seeing Link try and reach for Daphnes, and seeing the ending. I applaud this game, one of the games where i actually got up from my seat and clapped. A true masterpiece, one of the best games ever

People knocked down Wind Waker when it came out cause they didnt like the graphics and all, then look wat happened people started appreciating a new style other then what they were used to seeing as Link. People shouldnt see Link as a one person, one style thing, he is many people and has many styles and I applaud the new style they're bringing in for Skyward Sword. Bravo to Nintendo for trying a new style to an old series, one of the best series for sure

This game is a mature game. To the immature, it is a cartoony adventure with a unique ending, but it takes one who's truly mature to sense a meaning in the story. The music... so fulfilling, yet its a tune to a new beginning. The whole story itself wraps around the theme "Live for the future, despite the past. The past may have built the future, but what has been built can be altered into what you desire. This is the only way forward."

this game was great because it took elements from previous legend of zelda games, but adapted them to its own style (cartoony, more emotional etc.). The music reflects this by taking all the familiar zelda themes and putting them with that background theme that's unique to this game. Excellent job

What, because it was cartooney and fun instead of all ugly-polygons, Dark ass pasted palette recycled dungeons and didn't slow down in frame rate sometimes when you would attacks quickly or enter a room? (Not that I don't like Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time). Seriously, they complained even though the last Zelda game used N64 graphics. It all still played like Zelda and it was the same story at its core if you play it. Zelda is supposed to be fun, not blocky and terriffying.
