    On the real - I myself have found a quick way to lose weight.

    EXORCISE 10+ hours a week. (cardio & weights)

    Cut out most\all wheat products (pasta, bread, etc...) stay away from rice or potatoes...

    Eat egg whites and a small amount of fiber or breakfast.

    EAT LESS but more frequently. (3 small meals, protein shake in between each meal).

    Drink tons of water all day long.

    I take Hydroxycut Pro too which probably helps (don't do more than 1 or 2 bottles at a time).

    20lbs 45 days!

  • @jxaxmxixn id love to but really i have no time for all of it plus i adore wheat stuff bread,cereals,pasta etc and im Vegetarian helps too thanks for the tips

    If you're a Vegetarian, I would imagine you're also health conscious and into fitness? What it really takes is a lot more eating less and a good exorcise program - start a good cardio program (jogging, biking, P90, etc...) for a few weeks or so then slowly start eating about half of what you normally would in a day, but eat about 5 or 6 times a day. Try Soy protein shakes for meal replacements too... Alas - If you don't put a lot of effort into it, you'll never see results...
