aaahhhhhh! i cant wait till i get the fast movement down its gonna be so fuun. going to learn it for my junior year solo in highschool. first movement is down good... im wondering what tempo you took the first movement? because its a tad hard to play it the marked tempo.

For the tempo on the first movement, I took it slightly faster (like in America - I guess in Europe in customary to go slower) just for breathing purposes....

Noticably more robust lower register and centered, focused pitch. Great control on the fast passages. Loved your tone! Do you still have this flute. Your pianist was rather overbearing a times.

maybe this can be adjusted by some eq adjustments by increasing the higher frequencies and lowering the lower ones? typical recordings of the flute and piano suffer from this effect as mics tend to pick up the piano better.

the lows are abit tricky. but faure has written such a lyrical passage in the lower register, which make for great exploration and expression of the lower flute voice, which i think you recognised. great job!
