True, but the powers of the Ginzuishō were passed from mother to daughter, and Usagi passed senshi powers to her daughter chibiusa so perhaps the queen once had senshi powers too. Though if they were going to do this, they should have changd the hair color to white/lavender to not confuse with Usagi.

Actually, in the manga, it's been hinted that Queen Selenity retrieved the Ginzuishō from the very source of life itself. That would mean the Queen already had her own star seed separate from Usagi. Damn, that just maes her even more mysterious. Perhaps she's a guardian sent to the Solar System to prepare them for their destiny to come.

yeah I know, I have read the manga, nost people have not, so going off of what the anime shows us, it seems that once the torch is passed down, only one generation is a senshi. Neo queen serenity herself said she had lost her abilities as a true warrior. And yes, the queen, usagi, and chibiusa all have separate star seeds, but there source of power comes through from the Ginzuishō. It's all a matter of how you interprete it.
