That's beautiful. It really does have that haunting quality to it, you can see the spaghetti western influence, even if only in the imagery conjured up. I'll have to add that to my "cleaning guns" playlist! Haha.
i can almost see the village in the desert, the saloon full of cowboys drinking away and guns and all that stuff. very good should be the theme of red dead redemption.
Tony, I really enjoy your acoustic finger picking. Add my voice to the demand for an instructional video. I should have paid more attention in high school.
very nice and as far as the haters like that angels77100 probably just pissed off cause he couldnt play that good if his life depended on it that song is deep and you can almost taste the emotion the way it should be nice ovation too by the way
I'm sorry but i fail to hear the influence between this and Ennio Morricone's famous Good/bad/ugly theme. This piece has more in common with Radiohead or some Brit pop band from the 90's then it does with the spaggetti western theme. It doesn't sound anything like a western theme. I'm an American and I know what I'm talking about. Sorry but I fail to hear it. Good effort but you're obviously not a fan of Morricone if you think this piece sounds at all alike his great masterpiece.

I bet if Ennio Morricone wrote this one, it would be praised as a masterpiece. Great song.

Hope my girlfriend doesn't mind that I'm "abusing" her account for writing comments.

One of the parts is inspired in the Starlight Orchestra, the theme from A Fistfull of Dollars, isnt it?

How did I miss this one? You're right - it is very evocative of the GB&U - (NOT the theme, the general feel and ambience)
Beautiful piece, Tony!

Thanks for the kind comment. And thanks for understanding that "sort of inspired by" doesn't mean "sounds like"..

you need to make tabs or an instuctional vid for this or something, this is awesome, real good song.
MetalxXxMan 3 years ago
Thanks. Yeah the creative juices are running low at the moment, so maybe an instruction vid should be my next project.
