now what do i need on my contract this june? doing the delay entry program.

  • @brandonberg1 An Aviation Rating preferably Lol they usually only take AO's AE's And anything with an A stands for aviation so if u get that then u can go

  • @brandonberg1 You need to swim freestyle and stop that lame ass breast stroke crap.

  • @brandonberg1 get you swim down to 6 minutes. Do at least 80 push-ups and sit ups. . Remember it is competitive. So if you meet the standards, you may not make it still. They take the best of the best.

  • please take the music out....there isn't one good video on youtube that has real footage of any navy job training without gay shitty music...

  • Excellent video, looks like great training! Maybe someone can help. I recently started using some Shredder SAR fins but am having trouble being efficient with them...any tips???

  • SAR shredder fins are not very efficient, they drag a lot and they are short. They were made to fit over full sized boots, not neoprene booties. Get yourself some scubapro split fins.

  • my ankles tend to hurt real bad with jet fins. What's your advice? Swim more progressively?

  • Yes, working your way into using them slowly is a good idea. Stretching will help a ton too.

I would reccommend that you swim at a leisurely pace just focusing on stretching and lightly propelling yourself with the fins in the first week. Use them on M/W/F, and stretch slowly!!!

Week 2 should feel a lot better, you may be able to push harder. Be sure to eat right and take a multivitamin too, recovery is heavily based upon getting enough rest and balanced caloric consumption.

  • Thanks for the information Buckster7777.

  • awesome video man!!

  • Nice video! But jumping from a tower at the pool or a boat is NOTHING compared to jumping from an actual aircraft/HELO or CSAR! ;)

  • Nice vid I was a SAR Swimmer for USS Sacramento 95-97. I went to 32nd street for training. Hagen
