Some municipalities don't have safe drinking water from the tap, are prone to burst pipes or other fun things that make tap water not great for drinking.

This might be what she meant, but you can ask your grocer if they give discounts for buying by the case. :)

What am I buying again? I think she managed to not say a thing, buy on a budget by buying in bulk?? How about turn around and use the tap water, if it tastes bad, get a filter, reverse osmosis, or a distiller will rid of the bad taste. I think she just wanted to show off.

Missouri tap water taste like shit, even through a filter. Our city always sends out notices of water contamination violations, they just can't seem to get on top of it. We are a town of 15,000 people. I only drink bottled water.

I love how we're talking about being Frugal, yet this video is about buying WATER. Wanna be Frugal with water? Clean out older soda bottles, remove the label (done with hot water, melts the glue) and fill it up with filtered water and store it where ever you like.
