@RoboVT102 in all reality, any smoke that you inhale to your lungs is not good for you. In this case most of the smoke ends up being vapor from the "shisha" that is put into the bowl. Hookah smoking isn't very bad for you at all, if done right. Of course with moderation you will have no negative effects on your body whatsoever, and even after years and years of heavy hookah smoking, the damaging effects, if any, are very minimal to your health.

It's fine morally...but you should consider the health risks. I would go for once a month, and when you do smoke I wouldn't inhale. I've tried putting weed in a hookah and it sort of worked, but the problem is the holes are too big in the hookah bowl. Once its burnt to a slightly smaller size the green falls right down it and you end up wasting weed.
