does toon boom require a one time use code??? I dont want to waste money on a used one and then it won;t allow me to download just because someone already used the code D:
@darkfnife thanks, but it didn't work o_o I got the trial... how do I get my animations to appear in windows movie maker? I saved my animations once I was done, but they just appeared as useless files with nothing in them
Good call! Well thought out response. This animation has potential, but there are lots of drawings! A nice swipe instead of individual frames should fix it. That method is used sometimes with flour sack animations.
i just got toon boom and ive never done much drawing let alone animation, but i find that its an interesting field, and from what ive done so far with the program, i can say that THIS is a really great cartoon. you should really keep it up
does any one know: i want to make traditional animation shorts by drawing every page. and i have toon boom studio 4.5. how do i make animation shorts that way, by scanning my drawings onto the comp, and then what? how to i color it and everything. could anybody give me some advice? :(
Use your scanner, and a lightbox and draw them using registration bars. Make sure you draw in some kind of black pen for the final drawings, black gel pens work best. Then, scan them in as vector drawings into TBS. You can color them right in the program using the fill tool. Same goes for backgrounds. Sometimes you will have to fix minor line breaks but for the most part, this works.
If you did traditional animation maby check out Toon Boom Pencil Check Pro That has probably everything you need for traditional but Studio Does work as wel
That was great. Is it drawn completely in toon boom or penciled & then compiled in it? In anycase , Great animation. I would love it if you could visit my gallery with all my toon boom Animations including concept intros.
thanks, just so you know this version of the test has some weird...compressions for some reason. link me to your stuff when you get to it on toon boom--i wouldn't mind checking it out once in a while.
Is this just the trial cuz the little logo thiny keeps moving around on it

Effing awesome. Is that frame by frame animation or a sort of tweening effect?

Excellent work I like the animation and art style I think you probably might have a promising pilot on your hands.
You are very talented.

Nice drawings. I suggest working on your timing and spacing; That punch was very slow, due to the unnecessary amount of drawings.

file... import... choose your file/s and off you go... might take a while to line them up nicely but that's what onion skinning is for :)
