never understood why anyone would buy a car that has been sitting out in the elements. here in my town cars are delivered covered and are put into an inside storage facility.  they have test vehicles for each version of the car that are outside. none of the cars you would actually buy are ever driven. if a new car has more than 13 miles on it i would never buy it.
