I love it! Steele, you dont know what your talking about. Prior wasa hit on the elbow with a line drive, and the injury created a chronic problem. Lets see, he worked with Ryan, Johnson, and Maddux. How long were their careers? My son has been in the House system for six years and is in HS, he has never had an arm, shoulder, elbow, or wrist injury. Old school people dont believe in the science of pitching, much like the days when "the world was flat".

these guys are garbage at least the major league pitching coaches they will tell you twist ur hips to stay closed and a perfect example of this is aj burnett

you really don't know who this guy is do you?

he was nolan ryan and randy johnson's pitching coach and he himself played the majors. What you are talking about is rotational disassociation from your hips to your shoulders, but I guess you don't know what that means cuz you listen to little coaches who say such conventional wisdom as to 'twisting hips' and 'staying closed'. Listen and learn please.

if you know what staying closed means then u would understand but u dont. If u want a perfect example of staying closed and NOT twisting ur hips like aj burnett. wtch guys like greg maddux or josh beckett.
