  • Who says we can only trust registred dietitians?? Saturated Fats Are Not Bad For Us!! The Problem with Ice Cream Is Sugar!!! Not Fat!!! Please read The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe.. the diet advice given by Dietitian Assotiations Are Not Based On Science But On Conflict of Interess!!

  • Pay attention to the INGREDIENTS also. "zero" doesnt always mean ZERO as far as trans-fat. "Partially hydrogenated" or "hydrogenated" = Less than 0.5 grams...but it adds up due to the bodies struggle to process trans fat ;).

  • The "nutritionist" makes some good points but if you would like more great information from a Registered Dietitian check out my videos. Search the name or "Demetrius Willis"

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA that woman has no idea what health is. Unheated Saturated fats aren't unhealthy. In this case they are cuz they are made from pasteurized milk, but the saturated fat in raw milk is nowhere near the harmful thing it's made out to be!

  • heres a new one cool

  • As someone who loves ice cream but can't have as much of it for health reasons, looking for trans fat alternative has been the only option... hopefully the low fat versions will continue to increase in variety...

  • this really help choosing ice cream for my kids...

  • Practical and useful stuff.

It'll be easier for me to choose a brand when I go to get ice-cream for my kid.

  • It's very interesting and informative. Now I have to watch out the 'add-on' when having ice cream...no more nuts or fudge.

  • very informative. i eat a lot of godiva ice cream, but i guess i have to eat in moderation. i also eat a lot of gelato ice cream and i wonder how much fat is there? or would sorbet be a better alternative....
