Allah swt will not forgive sumone that says " I swear by Allah i will not forgivee so and so". it has nothing to do with cursing. Their are many ahadith of the prophet and you can open up bukhari and se for yourself where our prophet says Curse them for they are Cursed by Allah. Pls do not just chuck ahadith out of content.
