THIS IS HOW TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE FOR THIS CLUE:

Notice how the pictures in the bottom left hand corner have a '9' and ∆ (triangle) in them. Put the triangle on 9 in the wheel (hold RT to get to the wheel). Now the blank spaces in the Wheel are on the other two numbers in the code, 2 and 5. Also notice how the next two shapes after the blank spots have shapes in common. Subtract the shapes in common to get the blank spaces, A.K.A. the other numbers in the code

Well the wheel one, if you can't figure it out, only has 10 possibles. Just move the wheel once and try that code, if that one doesn't work move in once more and keep trying. That's what I did for a couple of em.

yes it was, go to any tailor in any town and they sell clothing dye (tailors kinda look like big ladders on the mini map.
