Exam System is basically a system created to target and kill NewType on battlefield, and it only activates when there are Newtype present. When Exam becomes active Mobile suit that is using exam system will target any newtype nearby, be it friend or foe.
but in the game, it just makes unit more agile and increases hit percentage and dodge percentage. also gives you stronger weapon (only on Blue Destiny units)

The EXAM system is essentially a Newtype's soul being harnessed so a regular pilot can be as effective as a Newtype would be.

you can unlock option parts for use.
it have 2 type of it
"Set Space to S"
and
"Set Air to S"
so you can even put something like GP-03D fly on earth and CAR!!! drive in space XD
*i think it last option part that you can unlock
if you already got Raiser System that mean you are close to it.
