I feel so sorry for ric, I grew up watching him. He went from a limousine ridin', jet flyin', kiss stealin', wheelin' dealin' son of a gun, to a wife beating, marriage divorcing, binge drinking, money owing son of a bitch
THE GREATEST WRESTLER THAT EVER LIVED. IN HIS PRIME HE WAS THE MAN. RICK LIVES FOREVER. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
He started in 1972, not 78. Where did you get your info? I mean seriously, you can read ANY Flair interview or video and get that info... He broke in in 1972 under Verne Gagne in Minnesota.

if it werent for Hogan wrestling wouldnt be as popular as it is today, Hulk hogan put wrestling on the map, without hogan there would be no Stone Cold, the rock, or undertaker and ric flair, Hulk Hogan never screwed over guys like flair did to become the best, and falir lost the title 16 times, flair is only good as a lauhging stock , ric flair is the original screw job
Did Hogan tour around the world night in and night out, and wrestle grueling matches from 81 to 86? I don't think so. He was in Hollywood with Stallone, and got screwed over in the AWA. Politics put Hogan over, not true wrestling ability.

Hulk Hogan is the man, hes the most popular , more people know who he is, flair wished he was hogan status but hes not, Hogan lifted adre the giant, while flair has no moments like that at all
Not that I'm a Hogan lover, but Hogan worked his tail off during those years. Hogan did a lot of unaired shows. It wasn't past 1988 or 1989 when Hogan started cutting back on his schedule. But Hogan earned the respect that he got, and you are right, much came from politics, but ask any wrestler about who made pro wrestling as popular as it is today, and they will tell you Hogan. That includes Ric Flair. They have a mutual respect for each other's contributions.
@dom44444 Flair wrestled years before 1978. Flair started wrestling for the AWA promotion in late 1972 and finished his AWA carrer in 1974. He then wen't to the NWA Mid-Atlantic promotion.
thats not why he retired. thats why he retired according to the storyline. in real life, he just wanted to retire so they built it up that way, an awsome way.
