  • Oh hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father got hot 6 pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

  • I went 5 mins into the video before i collapse! (i did do some jumping jack earlier) this really works! I felt the burning around my stomach and neck. Ima do this everyday until im ripped!

  • I did it and WowwwwIE! That was a workout! The great thing is you are going at your own pace but the music keeps you in time so you really push yourself! This is the first time I've done one of these but I recomend it! :D

  • uhh...yea my neck hurts as well. I have to keep pausing inbetween routines so that my neck could take a break. At first I thought I was doing something wrong....i guess not??

  • because your body is trying to cheat by reaching up with your head, extending your neck, instead of using the muscles of your abdomen

    it happens because your abs are not strong enough to complete the 8 mins

  • concentrate on the abdomen, and if u're starting to use the neck muscles just concentrate on the back a bit, but just a bit, cuz the back muscle is more powerfull than the neck one.

    Continue doing these 8 minute exercises coz they rock but the main thing that will help you lose that stomach is cardio workouts.

    Workouts that get your heart racing. Search youtube for them!

  • I've been doing these for a couple of days and it helps to tone my stomach. The downside for me is that if I stop excercising for a day, my stomach will go back to being a little flabby.

  • This does indeed work :) Ive been doing it for half year or so and well it gave me a sixpack ^^

    You can do it too,just remember cardio and healty food is just as important as doing this workout daily.

    Also have realistic view of yourself and how long it will take before you see results but remember this will work!

  • this could really work, but it the real truth is. the abs you want will be coverd by fat i you don't reduce calorie intake. cardio and strength training is the bomb when it comes to loosing belly fat. lower abs will be a pain in the ass. be patient. you'll get tehre. men 2k ccalories women 1500 is a goal to shoot for. thats per day. btw i speak from personal experience.

  • I began these last night and my abs hurt already...it is working! But you have to combine with a healthy eating plan and exercise (cardio) I run 12 miles a week. I think this is a great ab work out.

  • done this everyday for 3-4 weeks along with cardio and limited my bad fat intake (saturated and trans), now i have got a nice flat stomach with good definition, this program works well but you can not just do it everyday and expect results, do cardio and limit fat intake

  • To get rid of fat calories excersise big musles slowly and for long periods of tme so while ur doing the excersice u hv enough breath to talk to some one one of the best would be a skying machine or a slow jog for atlease 15 minutes a day

  • I used to weight 160 lbs last year I started doing cardio everyday and after 2 months i weighted 145 Then during a school year i was now 130 lbs Then when summer started i kept on doing cardio and ab crunches and now i weight 119 lbs If ur trying to loose weight don't starve urself Eat everything in really small portions and excersice I never went on a diet i just stopped eating junk food (sometimes i ate junk food but rarely)

  • if you want a 6 pack . start cardio like running/ jogging and eat a balanced diet you will see results. cut down the carbs a bit too. don;'t expect an instant transformation. It will depend based on your age body type and most of all your commitment to working out.

  • Go to atkins website and get started on the diet. If you follow this diet and train hard I assure you, you will burn fat. Your body will have no choice but to burn the fat for energy. You may not be able to train or run as hard or long but dont worry, keep at it.

  • I have constructed a diet based around the atkins diet and because I train alot I make sure i have my protein shakes for in between meals and also take metamucil for fiber as low carbs means low fiber. In 3 weeks I have shed lots of fat. remember the gut will be the last place to lose the fat. Once i have burnt the fat I will slowly increase my carb intake.

  • I recommend buying lean low carb protein shake and start getting in more protein and fats than carbs. Your body will be forced to burn more fat for energy when you excercise. If you eat too many carbs e.g fruit juice, coke,sugars, white bread, potatoes etc you body will just use the carbs for energy and you wont lose the fat

  • You have to exercise and shed fat, all this does is build muscle.

  • Exercise alone will not shed much fat alone. Diet is just as important as exercise. You need to watch the amount of carbs you eat, what type of carbs you eat, and when you eat them. Low fat diets are totally wrong. Its low carb diets that get the results.

  • I think that from my experience , it's not all about diets and carbs . It's about the portions we eat and the excercise we do. Trust me i lost more than 30 pounds and i never went on a diet. It sometimes depends on the age you have.

  • Just a side note, this is an effective ab workout and will give you a 6 pack, but that 6 pack will NOT be visible if you do not do any cardio/dieting to get rid of the fat on your stomach.
