The bad things about it are pretty much only the camera placement because when your taking a picture your finger covers the lense. And that it only has a 2.5 mm headphone jack instead of a 3.5 mm as seen on iPods.

no theres no status light but when u have a missed alert or anything, the external pad glows on and off. same when u charge it, it does it too.

Ive had this phone for about 2 weeks and its AMAZING!!! its definitaly one of the best phones out there in sprint and battery life is GOOD TOO!!! also one thing i noticed right when i got it is that the keyboard ROCKS!!! but i would definitly recommend this phone to anyone who likes keybord phones and stylish phones i would rate it about a 4.5 out of 5.
