How long do you soak the raisins, dates and pine nuts (for the filling) I can't wait to make this and eat it tomorrow. I'm drooling!!!!

If you wanted, you can soak everything overnight, and it will be ready the next day. The pine nuts and raisins can be ready after soaking for just 20 minutes. The dates should be ready to use after soaking for about 2-4 hours. This is a fun recipe. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi. It's more of a sweet potato; in fact, I think we were actually using sweet potatoes for the video, but we were calling them yams. They have a nice flavor and quite healthy.
