They don't deserve marriage.

It is a biblical union between a man and a woman.

I don't see how ya'll keep looking passed that. It says it in the BOOK!

Here's an idea. Instead of trying to squeeze yourselves into the Christian marriage how about ya'll go create some kind of marriage for the gays only, so we kind stop having this lame ass debate about ya'll plugging each other while being able to you are united by God.

Also gay people can love each other without marriage. Marriage is a binding pact that makes it so its okay to have sex. Which a mother loves her children, but she doesn't (hopefully) have sex with them. it isnt a question of "marriage" or not. its the sex that follows it that people are concerned about. if two men want to live in the same house and say they love each other, nobody's arguing. However for us to pass marriage to gay's is for us to say that we support them having sex with each other

It states in the bible that marriage is between a man and a woman. You want to be the poor person that risks their soul to pass gay marriage? No matter what happens everyone will always be scared to defy anything written in that book, period. the phrases Husband and Wife are again for a man and a woman. the majority of people care because they flaunt the fact that they are gay and are looking for trouble. I've yet to run into someone that is "gay" that doesn't try to start an argument about it.

pretty sure you know sh*tall about gays. what if you were gay? and someone spoke about you this way? being gay is not a DISORDER, nor is it a sickness. the worst thing to happen since WW2 was people like you, if i may correct you.

people are gay because they are born that way, it all has to do with their DNA and chromosomes and levels of estrogen during the mothers pregnancy.

and even if being gay WAS a sickness or a disorder, what are you trying to say about disabled people?

insignificant person in this world and you with your words cannot change how hundreds of thousands of gays feel. doesn't matter why they are the way they are, and it shouldn't be a big deal to you. the point is one day you want to be happy with the person you love and eventually get married, to whomever. these people want the same thing too, but the person they want to marry might be the same sex. big deal. get over it and learn to not be so discriminative.

As a Christian woman i will correct you now that not all of us say that God hates Gay people, God loves all his children and if gays wanna get married, then they can be married if the law permits but just don't have it called Holy Matrimony because it clearly states that holy matrimony = 1Man+1Woman

The Holy Matrimony was written a long time ago before homosexuality had really been figured out or accepted or known about etc. I'm sure there were gay people all the way back in the day but they didn't really have a choice to go through with it cuz everything was arranged marriages or they were so weirded out by what was going on cuz they felt it to be unnatural that they'd hide it from the rest of society and never come out with it or act on it in any way. documents can't be changed? We create new laws all the time, and there's no problem changing a written document or any kind of holy scripture to better suit the rest of the world, i think anyway. personally as someone who is not religious and doesn't even believe in god, i don't think god created anyone. i think you're just born gay it's all genetics and DNA and such. but even if there is a god, he obviously would'nt have created gays if he hated them like this girl's talking about.

A man and a woman, woman and woman, or man and man should have the right to get married. in any country. any state. anywhere in the world. Why should a man and woman be allowed to reap all the benefits and advantages of a marriage while a gay couple cannot? If i loved someone enough and i was gay and i wanted to marry them, i'd be damned if some effing law told me i'm not allowed to because it's not right and the law doesn't agree and the country refuses it.
