At least Germans are better at dubbing than the the bloody Russians. Their idea of dubbing is talking over the original version in Russian, without making any effort to remove the original English soundtrack. It's like what they do for news items; interviews with foreigners on the telly, which is fine for about a minute, but for 40-odd minutes, must be pretty annoying. (not that I speak Russian, I usually come across these things looking for the original English version of something).
