It is very easy to complain but we recieve NO FUNDING and bands can cost anything from £500 plus we cannot force businesses to enter

No it needs tightbutt Dover district council to dig a bit deeper in their bulging pockets and make the carnival what it was 10-15 years ago.

Instead of complaining Ashita 100 try getting off your backside and offering your help. That's the biggest problem with some. Don't mind having a dig at others who do stuff IN THEIR FREE TIME. UNPAID but won't get and help.
