i got the 3.0 update 4 free from a friend whos friends with a developer... anyways u forgot that when u get the 3.0 firmware(at least in the beta not sure if in alpha) u have to have a developer log ur ipod/iphone when u connect it to itunes it asks for a devolopers username a developer has to do that so it makes sure u dont jailbreak that firmware(that failed) and well if u want more ask ty moss his utube account is tysiphonehelp hell explain it...

Wow, thats a HUGGGE Step for Apple and the firmware! Can touch 2g owners still jailbreak, (seeing as the dev said so on their blog) ... Landscape, GPS, Peer to Peer, this firmware has almost everything that i like! Except Flash...man :( 9.95 for a firmware? Wow, i never thought i'd have to pay for a firmware...oh well...thanks for the updates Chris!
