I didn't know where it originated from.. I just heard it by DJ River.. and was really moved by it..

I illustrated it with some clips that I took from 5 different films.. they seem to run together very well. I was trying to express what meditation is about and what it can do for people.

@guitaristman23 The effects are accumulative. It’s like a musical instrument.. it depends how one uses it.. and how much time and effort. At first it just makes you feel chilled and more alert than normal.. if you increase the time to 1 or 2 hours.. then you get the mystical visions.. lucid dreaming.. OBEs.. Ecstatic feelings of unity and love.. I guess it connects us to something greater than what is in the world.

It’s a paradox but an empty mind is much more productive than a busy one.
