Your like MAKING fake nails those are awesome I bought a set of fake nails today love them but I thought only machines made them oh well great nail. ;)
Sadly I wasted money on a salon. The girl applied the nails with molds and medded the acrylic up. She insisted it was my fault since my fingernails weren't the same shape of the mold -.-
hey ..im just wondering if you can help me out ..i see where your coming from with ebay alot of missleading products for sure ..however i AM fully trained i DID do a full corse and even recived a cert !! but because i live in ireland and i dont work in a salon i can only buy supplys in sallys ,,now sallys have changed stock and only have a small selection not alot available to me ,,now i have tried but for the life of me can not find AVOLVE anywhere !! can you help ?? stunning work by the way
@nailzoo hiya thank you so much for taking the time to respond very kind of you ,,and that would explain why no body here knew what it was ..thanks so much for responding xx
I don't know about anyone else.. but you have really nice nail beds LOL. If you didn't put a disclaimer that you are a man I probably wouldn't have even thought anything differently. Also you probably get this question a lot, but how long have you been doing nails for?
@cristina3031 often the blue liquids have UV inhibitors, which prevent the nails from yellowing, but this isn't always the case, it depends on the chemicals in the liquids.
You should always buy your supplies from a respected distributor
I've seen a few of your videos and I have to say, I respect you and what you do. I really liked the comment you made to someone on one of your other videos about taking your time and not butchering the clients nails. I had a horrible experience that involved splitting nails, blood, pain and 4 months late, STILL paper thin nails. I wish you could do my nails!!!
hmm... question nd hopefully it doesn't sound like a dumb question but how hard do u press? cuz it looks like ur pressin pretty hard but when i press pretty hard, a lot of it jz oozes out nd i have thinner parts on the side walls. And another question, how thick does it have to be? because i have customers who like them thinner. and how the heck did you pop that thing off so cleanly!! did you oil up your nail before hand???
Nice vid, very interesting I must say. In my honest opinion, I think it would take less if you were to sculpt the nail or glue the white tip but I might try this just for the sake of it. Ive been wanting to experiment with this technique for a while though. Good Vid though. Thumbs up.
hi thanks for this video i had tried to do this way my nail and really its came out very good i am happy thanks again but can u tell some more tips about it i had just one problem about under the tips some product came out and its look ugly in side of under nail if u give some tips it will make more easy thank you
hi how much thickness do u do i had try to do this kind nail but it not good as sculptured nail and i have video for dual form wich u use in this video and she say use very wet and apply on nail but its come out from side and cuticual area so pls give me some tips about this
@GogoPandamonium and thats why my hep will always be limited, by the time you have wasted money on bullshit products from ebay, wrecked about 20 brushes, blamed it on something else, then bought some more crap from ebay, spent 6 hours tryinf to do your nails (time is money) ... you could have done a course, had access to great education, earned some respect and have a career up your sleave
Hi nailzoo! I really enjoy your vids, and make everything look so easy! I was wondering if you can glue a nail tip on your natural nail, and then fill ur dual form with pink acrylic ( to cover scuffs and marks) for the base and clear acrylic for the free edge (since you already have a tip glued on), instead of sculpting your own tip with white powder?
your technique is fascinating. until your videos i'd never seen these products before, definitely not here in the states. are there different colors available? such as a softer, clearer pink? the pink you're using appears to be fairly opaque. i do love the perfect arch of the nail. very nice.
The powders come in Peach and Pink, you can always mix them with clear to make them more transparent, I did this video to show that you can extend the nailplate.
Nailzoo, I have a Question - Does that way of doing nails, does it last longer or shorter than the acrylic sculpting, or regular acrylics? I never tried that way before, and I think I'll try it tonight. I have the forms, I bought them from eBay, and I was wondering what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing Acrylics this way..... let me know! Oh by the way, seen all your videos, You're amazing, & Very funny :-) We could learn a Lot from you! I know I have!
Thank you so much for the reply. Yes I know, the forms are different.. I just got whatever Forms I could, Just to try out this form of application. It almost seems too good to be true! It's EASY, FAST, and it lasts?? Nice. I was in awe when I saw you doing the nail sculpture.. I never seen or heard of it before, So when I seen you doing the forms, I just HAD to try it. I'm not a tech, or a student. I just like the Art of Nails & Makeup.Thnx!
I am very impressive..and plus you are a man to wow..just can't believe it..

gurksam 2 years ago
@gurksam it's about the product , the brush , product ratio and product control.
When you are used to your product, particularly when it is a premium (not cheap crap), it all just comes together.
In my many posts I have done with Dual Forms, everyone says they buy off ebay, do this off ebay, do that off ebay.
It's time people dragged themselves off ebay, got some respectable training, then they wouldn't have so many questions
nailzoo 2 years ago
@nailzoo no offence but some people don't have the time or money to get professional training, that's why they're watching YOUR videos to get help

@gurksam Part 2
The only advice I offer to a non-professional is "GET SOME TRAINING".
I'm not here to teach people, I'm here to show people...... teaching and showing are 2 different things.
I will only too gladly help technicians with issues, but I won't "teach" people to do their own nails, or do nails from home.
