you can special summon the same moster that is discarded with zombie moster cuz is a cost and first u pay the cost and then u target the monster but u need a zombie lvl 4 or lower to activate the effect and he does not haves it u r a cheater man >.>

yes you can the card is discarded first then special summened so that means it targets the card that was discarded
