But then again, maybe not and maybe they do help you build bigger muscles. But bouncing could also cause tears in the ligaments, tendons, joints... and that would be seriously bad, so maybe that's what they mean.

If you think he has fat between his shoulder blades you know nothing about male anatomy. Men in his shape, IF they have fat, will be stored on hips (precursor to love handle), lower abdominal area, and a little on the lower gluts. Scott is pure muscle, and that's what you're seeing between his shoulders. Anyone who has a well-developed back musculature will look like that.

As a male, I didn't think it was possible until actually paying attention during the Olympics that they are actually doing the splits... I'm pretty flexible (can put my feet behind my head, but more a piriformis stretch), but I have never been good at toe-touching and split-looking movements...My question to you is: how did YOU get there? Little bits of pain/tearing over time?
there were some good stretches in the video but studies have shown that active stretching should occur before a workout and static stretching should be after a workout. scott, you being a muscular guy, a good part of being physically fit is being flexible.
