The fatal level for carbon dioxide is actually close to 20%, but the point I think she was trying to make is that it is not a true toxin and is therefore beyond the scope of the EPA mandate. I myself won't take a position there other than to say it would make an interesting court case.

The easiest way to reduce the use of CO2 producing fossil fuels would be to tax them, but the government is determined to do ANYTHING but undermine their Saudi masters.

i realize that, but......damn it is so frustrating, since you are closer, what do people in her area say about her, do they hear her...craziness or are most in her area sheeple?
