Similar to the monstrous German National Socialism, the Soviet, Chinese, Cambodian & Vietnamese Communist parties had a TOTALITARIAN GRIP upon their societies with ONE PARTY which controlled ONE VOICE via censorship & command of what was broadcast (Press, Radio, TV), Imposed strict IDEOLOGICAL indoctrination of their (victim) citizens & did NOT tolerate ANY OPPOSITION to the Party line- punishing dissidents with blackmail (family) or TORTURE=at Labor camps or commit Mass of opponents. Monsters!
