u see, my friend has had it for a year and has never had problems with it, the touchscreen works great and the picture qaulity is great!! even though the lock butten is kinda hard to push, who cares, there isnt any phone tht is perfect so despite all the things youve probably heard, i highly recommend this phone if your a txt addict... so yeah

the samsung impression is an amazing phone i had it for over a year.. yeah i had i a lot of problems of it it does glitch you have to take it back to AT&T and they will give you a new one free if its stillunder the 30-40 day return date. however i cracked the screen lol and after ahwile if you drop it alot the speaker you hear soeone with doesnt work anymore..it has to be on speaker phone for you hear what anybody is saying

The Impression is a HORRIBLE PHONE!! many glitches, and the phone freezes at least 3 times a week. Samsung has REFUSED TO DO AN UPDATE FOR THIS PHONE!!!

you do NOT want this phone. Chances are you'll waste your money with a problematic phone, which freezes while sending texts (after around 300 texts sent/recieved) causing you to have to restart the phone.. and also if I'm runnin a long text up to 3 or 4 pages the texting gets slow. anything after 4 pages is a huge pain in the arse you have to type about a letter a second.. might as well send and start where you left off. camera doesn't zoom but idc bout that. I just hate this phone.

@elizahbethhh my gawd yes. I saw a poll on a forum and (est. #'s) 17 people didn't know of the bug, about 32 didn't have the problem, and around 300 or so had the messaging bug. And AT&T acts like they've got not clue what you're talking about when you complain to them. If you've passed the 30-day return date then you're basically SOL with the phone and maybe have a chance of gettin some low-quality refurbished phone. Yeahh I'm irritated with the phone >:|
